Our lawful basis under GDPR is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing your data is necessary to provide the service you requested.
Zero. Personal data (quiz answers, CV text, LinkedIn content) is processed entirely in memory during your active session and is never written to a database or persistent storage. Once your session ends, it is gone. Your email is passed to our email delivery provider solely to send your report, and we do not retain it in a mailing list.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

PlanItEarth provides an AI-powered career analysis tool that generates a personalised assessment of how artificial intelligence may affect your profession. Upon payment, you receive a Career Intelligence Brief — a PDF report delivered to your email address.
The analysis is informational only. It is not professional career advice, HR advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Results are AI-generated estimates based on sector data and your inputs — they do not constitute a guarantee of any employment outcome. Always exercise your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for major career decisions.
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout.

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. By completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
This waiver is presented as a checkbox at checkout and must be actively confirmed before payment is processed.
If you do not receive your report within 10 minutes of purchase due to a technical failure on our side, contact us at [email protected] and we will either resend it or issue a full refund within 5 business days.
The report delivered to you is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report without our written consent. All other content on the platform (branding, copy, scoring methodology) is owned by PlanItEarth and may not be reproduced.
You agree not to use the Service to submit false or misleading information, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring system, or interfere with the platform in any way. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlanItEarth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet any specific professional standard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
